Over the last couple of weeks Homeworks gave @dico

Over the last couple of weeks Homeworks gave @dicoffeebar some much needed improvements. The biggest impact commenced yesterday, while the shop was closed down to replace the espresso machine.

▪️New countertops
▪️New espresso maker, grinder, and oven
▪️New galvanized piping & shelves
▪️Bathroom paint, wallpaper, & fixtures
▪️Deep clean from top to bottom

It took a whole team of effort between Homeworks, our trades (shout out to @morrow_electric), and the DI Coffee Bar crew. The place looks great. Go check it out!

587M soil and site prep for new construction is well underway. Now we wait on the soil engineers to let us know when they can come out to do additional soil tests before we can begin. After ➡️ Before ➡️ Process 🙌🏻

Progress! You should always wait to the end of any project to critique what’s been done. It is a process, a puzzle, that is put together over a period of time with the ultimate goal of it being very desirable and fitting the need. Thus, this case in point. | 414E has been rough graded & we’ve started the brick installation. We’re waiting on the window arrival, delayed as usual, to move forward!
